We encourage everyone to apply. However, we cannot guarantee you an internship due to limited spots.

We prioritize youth who meet at least one of the following:

  • Identify as part of an underrepresented community

  • Are a rising junior or senior in high school

  • Attend SFUSD and/ or live in San Francisco

  • Have completed our Job Readiness Training

  • Have significant financial need for employment

General internship program details:

  • Dates: June 8th- July 31st

  • Hours: You will work 75+ hours on-site at your internship. You will also attend 15+ hours of professional development with Enterprise staff.

  • Pay: $21+/ hour

  • Professional development: You are required to attend a two-hour workshop once a week.

Expectations:

Participating in our program is a professional commitment. You must commit fully to all requirements.

  • Sign an internship agreement and complete all necessary paperwork.

  • Attend internship hours and professional development workshops on-time and ready to participate.

  • Communicate professionally with your internship supervisor and Enterprise staff.

  • Get excited to learn more about job readiness!

Bloomberg Arts Internship

For current high school juniors only (class of 2027), enrolled in a public high school

We have an exciting new arts internship program for current juniors in high school. Apply through our Summer 2026 Internship Application. We will automatically consider your application for our Bloomberg Arts Internship program, unless you tell us you are not interested.

Program Details:

  • Dates: June 8 – July 31, 2026. Optional extension from September – November 2026.

  • Hours: 34 hours per week

  • Pay: $29.31/ hour

  • Weekly Schedule: Your week will be split between your internship site and EFY programming. You will spend 3 days/week at your internship site and 2 days/week with EFY. You must be available Monday through Friday.
