Before joining Citizens Private Bank, he spent 14 years at First Republic Bank, where he built lasting client relationships and delivered tailored financial strategies to support business growth.
Abdullah earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his community. Ahmed Ali Bob has dedicated his career to reducing barriers to opportunity for underserved communities through work in local government, the nonprofit sector, and the tech industry. As the Global Social Impact Lead at Block, Inc., Ahmed oversees charitable giving, volunteer programs, and natural disaster and humanitarian response efforts across multiple countries, including Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Japan. Ana Moraga Archila, Secretary

Ana Moraga Archila’s interest in the law was awakened through her experience as co-founder of the organization MuJER- Mujeres por la Justicia, Educación y el Reconocimiento (Women for Justice, Education and Awareness).
Ana served as MuJER’s Executive Director for five years. She developed spaces of personal and political empowerment with Central American women sex workers and advocated for policies to end violence against women in Guatemala. The Obama Administration recognized Ana as a Champion of Change for her contributions in the development of the Americas.
Ana’s work with the immigrant community is sustained by a combination of love and resistance practices, including her involvement in the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. Ana received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. She is a Senior Attorney representing children in removal proceedings and supervising the Bay Area Direct Representation team at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).

She currently serves as Vice President for Advancement at Justin-Siena High School in Napa, California, where she has led transformative initiatives that have expanded educational access, including four major projects that strengthen the school’s mission of financial accessibility and student diversity.
Andrea holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. She brings a strategic and values-driven approach to her work, with a career defined by her commitment to empowering young people through creative collaboration and innovation.
Andrea has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, foundations, and nonprofit organizations to expand opportunities and resources for underserved communities. A bilingual, first-generation college graduate and proud alumna of Enterprise for Youth, she is deeply dedicated to fostering inclusive environments that create meaningful social impact.
Beyond her professional role, Andrea serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at DeMarillac Academy in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Community Health Initiative in Napa. She lives in Napa with her husband and youngest daughter.

Andi Pimentel started her career in Consulting before she began working at Uber in 2012. Andi has had numerous roles at Uber, starting on the Operations team, moving to Business Development, Strategy & Planning, and Product Management.
She was the first Chief of Staff at the company, most recently serving for 3 years as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Her current focus is leading Safety Media for the Product Team and her team's mission is to make the Uber Platform as safe as possible for everyone who uses it. Andi is also the Executive Sponsor to Los Ubers, Uber’s Employee Resource Group for Hispanic and Latinx employees and allies. Andi is immensely proud to be a Latina working in Tech and is excited to empower, celebrate, and advocate for the Hispanic and Latinx community in her roles within and outside Uber.
Andi was born in Mexico City, is a Stanford University grad, and a newlywed living in the Bay Area.

Angela has spent the past nine years in product management, with a career that began in telecommunications and grew into building digital financial products in Indonesia. Most recently, she worked on designing digital products to help women micro-entrepreneurs grow their businesses, an experience that deepened her interest in how technology can create real social impact.
She’s known for bringing people together across functions to make ideas happen and is especially drawn to human-centered design and product strategy.
Angela is now pursuing her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she’s excited to explore new ways to blend product leadership with impact, while also learning from the Bay Area’s diverse communities.
When she’s not working or studying, you can usually find her hiking with her husband, catching a good sports game, or trying out new restaurants.

Most recently, Ashish served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager at Renesas Electronics, where he led the global power semiconductor business. Under his leadership, the division achieved 3× operating margin, double-digit revenue growth, and strategic partnerships with top automotive OEMs, tier-1s and hyperscalers. Prior to Renesas, he spent 17 years at Texas Instruments pioneering the use of AI in analog chip design.
Ashish is now building his next venture, Xyton Semiconductor, focused on GenAI-powered automation for analog design. Alongside his CEO role, Ashish is selectively taking on advisory and board opportunities aligned with his mission to strengthen education, workforce development, and global technology resilience.

Daniel’s passion extends beyond his professional role. His interest in Enterprise for Youth reflects his belief in the transformative power of opportunity. Early in his career, he supported individuals with developmental disabilities in securing paid employment, and he continues this commitment today by supporting Project SEARCH at Kaiser Permanente, which provides internships for SFUSD students with developmental disabilities.
In addition, Daniel serves on the Board of Directors for the Mission Bay Commercial Corporation and as an Executive Leader for the Alzheimer’s Walk. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Wu Yee Children’s Services.
Dewey Woo, MD

Dr. Woo was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from UC Berkeley with a biochemistry degree. He attended Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago and completed his residency training at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. In addition to his current clinical practice at Kaiser Permanente, he is a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco pediatrics department.
He is particularly proud of working at Kaiser Permanente, where he has the resources and technology to provide all his patients with the latest state of the art medical care. As Chief of the Department of Pediatrics at San Francisco, he is committed to providing outstanding service to all the families that he cares for in his practice. He feels blessed to work with outstanding professional colleagues and know that he can offer his families the entire range of specialty care services that we have at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco.
Dr. Woo currently lives in the Mount Davidson neighborhood in San Francisco with his wife and two teen sons. He enjoys attending Giants baseball games with his family and eating at the many wonderful restaurants in the Bay Area.

Prior to co-founding ProjectNext Leadership, Jeff led the Executive Readiness line of services for Deloitte Consulting, and was the CEO of the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education at the Haas School of Business. He led the Global Technology Practice of Korn Ferry’s Leadership & Talent Consulting business and ran the Western Region of consulting firm BlessingWhite Inc. She joined Enterprise for Youth her junior year at Lowell High School. Maria has participated in Youth Council, the Climate Career Corps program, UCSF Multitudes program, the Program Assistant internship. She has also been an active member in alumni events.

Mateo Torrico is an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a focus on strategy and business operations. He brings extensive experience in political strategy, labor organizing, and public affairs, most recently serving as a Political Representative for SEIU Local 2015, where he developed campaign strategies, managed cross-functional advocacy efforts, and led initiatives that improved wages and strengthened civic engagement across the Bay Area. Previously, he was a Coro Fellow, working on projects for philanthropic, nonprofit, and labor clients, and held leadership roles in UC Berkeley’s student government. Scott Snow is an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) group. In his role, Scott advises clients on M&A transactions, IPOs and financings in the technology space. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Scott worked in Corporate Development and Strategy at eBay and StubHub, where he led several transactions, including eBay’s investment in Chinese shipping company Winit and StubHub’s acquisition of software company Ticket Utils.
Scott started his career at Financial Technology Partners, a boutique investment bank in San Francisco. Scott was a founding member of Zoo II, the young professional’s executive board for the San Francisco Zoo.
