  • Abdullah Nezami is a Senior Director and Relationship Manager in Business Banking with over 15 years of experience in financial services. He specializes in providing comprehensive lending and cash management solutions to businesses across diverse industries, including private equity, venture capital, professional services, medical practices, law firms, and real estate. Before joining Citizens Private Bank, he spent 14 years at First Republic Bank, where he built lasting client relationships and delivered tailored financial strategies to support business growth.

    Abdullah earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his community. He serves as a mentor through the Cal Alumni Association/Haas School of Business Mentorship Program and volunteers with Enterprise for Youth, supporting mock interviews and résumé preparation.

Ahmed Ali Bob

Global Social Impact Lead, Block

  • Ahmed Ali Bob has dedicated his career to reducing barriers to opportunity for underserved communities through work in local government, the nonprofit sector, and the tech industry. As the Global Social Impact Lead at Block, Inc., Ahmed oversees charitable giving, volunteer programs, and natural disaster and humanitarian response efforts across multiple countries, including Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Japan. He leads impact programs across Square, Cash App, TIDAL, and Afterpay, crafting strategies and shaping campaigns that align with Block's mission of economic empowerment, making resources and opportunities accessible to underserved communities and vulnerable populations.

    Ahmed is a committed public servant in his home region of the Bay Area, serving on several boards that focus on workforce development, support for youth, and creating entrepreneurial opportunities for historically marginalized communities. His work spans the technology, philanthropy, education, and civic engagement sectors, with a core belief that economic opportunity should be inclusive and accessible to all.

Ana Moraga Archila, Secretary

Managing Attorney at KIND

  • Ana Moraga Archila’s interest in the law was awakened through her experience as co-founder of the organization MuJER- Mujeres por la Justicia, Educación y el Reconocimiento (Women for Justice, Education and Awareness).

     Ana served as MuJER’s Executive Director for five years. She developed spaces of personal and political empowerment with Central American women sex workers and advocated for policies to end violence against women in Guatemala. The Obama Administration recognized Ana as a Champion of Change for her contributions in the development of the Americas. 

    Ana’s work with the immigrant community is sustained by a combination of love and resistance practices, including her involvement in the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. Ana received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. She is a Senior Attorney representing children in removal proceedings and supervising the Bay Area Direct Representation team at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).

Andrea Flores

Vice President for Advancement, Justin-Siena High School

  • Andrea has three decades of experience spanning secondary and higher education, philanthropy, program management, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as Vice President for Advancement at Justin-Siena High School in Napa, California, where she has led transformative initiatives that have expanded educational access, including four major projects that strengthen the school’s mission of financial accessibility and student diversity.

    Andrea holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. She brings a strategic and values-driven approach to her work, with a career defined by her commitment to empowering young people through creative collaboration and innovation.

    Andrea has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, foundations, and nonprofit organizations to expand opportunities and resources for underserved communities. A bilingual, first-generation college graduate and proud alumna of Enterprise for Youth, she is deeply dedicated to fostering inclusive environments that create meaningful social impact.

    Beyond her professional role, Andrea serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at DeMarillac Academy in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Community Health Initiative in Napa. She lives in Napa with her husband and youngest daughter.

Andi Primentel Dunn

Chief of Staff to the CEO, Uber

  • Andi Pimentel started her career in Consulting before she began working at Uber in 2012. Andi has had numerous roles at Uber, starting on the Operations team, moving to Business Development, Strategy & Planning, and Product Management. 

    She was the first Chief of Staff at the company, most recently serving for 3 years as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Her current focus is leading Safety Media for the Product Team and her team's mission is to make the Uber Platform as safe as possible for everyone who uses it. Andi is also the Executive Sponsor to Los Ubers, Uber’s Employee Resource Group for Hispanic and Latinx employees and allies. Andi is immensely proud to be a Latina working in Tech and is excited to empower, celebrate, and advocate for the Hispanic and Latinx community in her roles within and outside Uber. 

    Andi was born in Mexico City, is a Stanford University grad, and a newlywed living in the Bay Area.  

Angela Merciline Eryani Siboro, Board Fellow

UCB Haas School of Business

  • Angela has spent the past nine years in product management, with a career that began in telecommunications and grew into building digital financial products in Indonesia. Most recently, she worked on designing digital products to help women micro-entrepreneurs grow their businesses, an experience that deepened her interest in how technology can create real social impact.

    She’s known for bringing people together across functions to make ideas happen and is especially drawn to human-centered design and product strategy.

    Angela is now pursuing her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she’s excited to explore new ways to blend product leadership with impact, while also learning from the Bay Area’s diverse communities.

    When she’s not working or studying, you can usually find her hiking with her husband, catching a good sports game, or trying out new restaurants.

Ashish Khandelwa

CEO, Stealth Mode Semiconductor StartUp

  • Ashish is a semiconductor CEO and deep-tech strategist with over 20 years of global leadership experience across the US, Japan, India, and Europe. He has led multi-billion-dollar businesses, delivered over $10B in enterprise impact, launched 100+ products, and built high-performance teams across 35+ global sites.

    Most recently, Ashish served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager at Renesas Electronics, where he led the global power semiconductor business. Under his leadership, the division achieved 3× operating margin, double-digit revenue growth, and strategic partnerships with top automotive OEMs, tier-1s and hyperscalers. Prior to Renesas, he spent 17 years at Texas Instruments pioneering the use of AI in analog chip design.

    Ashish is now building his next venture, Xyton Semiconductor, focused on GenAI-powered automation for analog design. Alongside his CEO role, Ashish is selectively taking on advisory and board opportunities aligned with his mission to strengthen education, workforce development, and global technology resilience.

Brian Jann

  • Brian is the owner and sole proprietor of a certified public accounting firm, bringing over three decades of experience in public accounting and financial consulting. He began his career as a CPA in 1992 and co-founded Jann and Tran, CPAs in 1993, where he built a strong reputation for providing reliable, client-focused accounting and tax services.

    In 2019, Brian continued to lead his practice independently, maintaining the same commitment to integrity, precision, and personalized client care that has defined his career. With extensive expertise in tax planning, financial reporting, and business advisory services, Brian serves a diverse clientele, helping individuals and businesses achieve financial stability and long-term growth.

Bryan Breckenridge

Co-Founder, VITAL

  • Bryan is a seasoned social impact leader with over two decades of experience at pioneering companies, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Box, Zillow, and Snyk, where he helped integrate positive social and environmental impact into core business strategy. In 2022, he co-founded VITAL, a strategy agency that empowers scale-up leaders such as Procore, DocuSign, Vidmob, Upwork, Zapier, Spiral, and Percent to drive Impact-Led Growth.

    As a social entrepreneur, Bryan thrives at the intersection of technology and the nonprofit sector. He is known for his ability to align collaborative strategy, partner ecosystems, and customer success to maximize social, environmental, and financial returns for all stakeholders. Bryan is fueled by what he calls Belief Energy, a deep conviction in the power of mission-driven work to build global nonprofit capacity and inspire meaningful change.

Daniel Woody

Chief Administrative Officer, Kaiser Permanente

  • Daniel is a Associate Chief Administrative Officer at Kaiser Permanente, with over 15 years of experience advancing organizational excellence, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and championing the health and wellness of the San Francisco community. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked across departments and initiatives to address the complex needs of patients and staff. His leadership—rooted in listening and learning—has guided him in fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

    Daniel’s passion extends beyond his professional role. His interest in Enterprise for Youth reflects his belief in the transformative power of opportunity. Early in his career, he supported individuals with developmental disabilities in securing paid employment, and he continues this commitment today by supporting Project SEARCH at Kaiser Permanente, which provides internships for SFUSD students with developmental disabilities.

    In addition, Daniel serves on the Board of Directors for the Mission Bay Commercial Corporation and as an Executive Leader for the Alzheimer’s Walk. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Wu Yee Children’s Services.

Dewey Woo, MD

Former Chief of Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group

  • Dr. Woo was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from UC Berkeley with a biochemistry degree. He attended Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago and completed his residency training at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. In addition to his current clinical practice at Kaiser Permanente, he is a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco pediatrics department.

    He is particularly proud of working at Kaiser Permanente, where he has the resources and technology to provide all his patients with the latest state of the art medical care. As Chief of the Department of Pediatrics at San Francisco, he is committed to providing outstanding service to all the families that he cares for in his practice. He feels blessed to work with outstanding professional colleagues and know that he can offer his families the entire range of specialty care services that we have at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco.

    Dr. Woo currently lives in the Mount Davidson neighborhood in San Francisco with his wife and two teen sons. He enjoys attending Giants baseball games with his family and eating at the many wonderful restaurants in the Bay Area.

Jeff Rosenthal

CO-CEO and Founder of ProjectNext

  • Jeff has worked extensively with organizations to increase the readiness of current leaders and successors for high impact roles, also speaking and publishing regularly in the areas of executive development and succession planning.

    Prior to co-founding ProjectNext Leadership, Jeff led the Executive Readiness line of services for Deloitte Consulting, and was the CEO of the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education at the Haas School of Business. He led the Global Technology Practice of Korn Ferry’s Leadership & Talent Consulting business and ran the Western Region of consulting firm BlessingWhite Inc. Jeff has executive recruiting experience, having built Russell Reynolds’ West Coast HR recruiting practice.

    He holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, and a BA from Whitman College. He has also served on a number of non-profit boards, including Summer Search and the Lafayette Community Foundation.

Julie Templeton

Marketing Strategist, Hand in Hand Parenting

  • Julie Templeton is a marketing and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience at Gatorade, Clorox, Applied Materials and Bamboo Brand Strategy. She has held leadership roles in brand innovation, product marketing, and growth strategy. Known for her unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking, Julie has helped brands grow through strategic clarity and rich insights.


    Julie now brings her skills to Hand in Hand Parenting, a nonprofit dedicated to helping parents and educators build more connected, playful, and joyful relationships with children. Julie serves as Marketing Strategist, Board Member, and Executive Committee Member, where she has overseen annual marketing planning, market-research-driven program evaluation, and the revitalization of digital communications. She has also held leadership roles at Hearts for Paws Rescue and Indivisible Marin. Her transition to the nonprofit sector reflects her deep commitment to supporting under-resourced and vulnerable communities, and Julie has a particular passion for understanding Gen Z (including two in her own family also preparing to enter the workforce).

Kelly Anderson

Executive Search Consultant, Spencer Stuart

  • Kelly has more than 16 years of executive search experience, a wealth of knowledge about human resources leadership and an advisory mindset. She works with clients to recruit chief human resources officers, chief diversity officers, talent officers, total rewards leaders and key #2 HR leaders.

    Kelly previously worked for a leading global executive search firm, where she focused on functional searches within the consumer technology, digital, media and entertainment industries. She also spent four years as an in-house recruiter for a large, public energy company.

    Kelly began her career at a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruiting human resources executives. Kelly’s CHRO engagements span from early stage, fast-growth, pre-IPO to F100 global clients.

    Kelly is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish.

Kim Cesena

  • Kim is an accomplished executive leader with over 18 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer success across the high-tech, services, and SaaS industries. With a proven track record spanning organizations from early-stage startups to global enterprises exceeding $2B in revenue, Kim has built and led high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.

    Kim has held leadership roles in marketing, enablement, service delivery, business development, customer support, and operations. She is known for her ability to create and execute visionary strategies that accelerate demand generation, strengthen partnerships, and elevate brand presence. Her management experience includes leading diverse teams of 3–50 professionals, including oversight of outsourced partners and agencies.

Kim Drew

Mission-driven Leader in Education + Training

  • Kim Drew brings 20+ years of experience in strategy and business operations in corporate, non profit and educational organizations. Most recently, she was GM of Workforce & Corporate Partnerships at Springboard, an online school that trains adults for in-demand tech careers. Prior to Springboard, Kim was with Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), a Bay Area job training nonprofit, where she developed new programs and partnerships. Earlier in her career, Kim was a management consultant and had roles in business strategy and product development at Charles Schwab. She has a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Maria Herrera, Youth Representative

UC Berkeley, Class of 2025

  • Maria recently graduated UC Berkeley with a degree in Sociology.  She was an active member of Sigma Pi Alpha, a Chicana-based sorority. 

    She joined Enterprise for Youth her junior year at Lowell High School. Maria has participated in Youth Council, the Climate Career Corps program, UCSF Multitudes program, the Program Assistant internship. She has also been an active member in alumni events.

    As an Enterprise Program Assistant, Maria worked with nine youth in the small business sector including Jenny Lemons, Southern Exposure, Chinatown Restaurant, Town’s End Brunch, & Scrap. 

Mateo Torrico, Board Fellow

UCB Haas School of Business

  • Mateo Torrico is an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a focus on strategy and business operations. He brings extensive experience in political strategy, labor organizing, and public affairs, most recently serving as a Political Representative for SEIU Local 2015, where he developed campaign strategies, managed cross-functional advocacy efforts, and led initiatives that improved wages and strengthened civic engagement across the Bay Area. Previously, he was a Coro Fellow, working on projects for philanthropic, nonprofit, and labor clients, and held leadership roles in UC Berkeley’s student government. Passionate about community impact, Mateo also serves on the Alameda County Workforce Development Board and outside of work is deeply involved in youth sports as a competitive soccer coach, drawing on his background as a former semi-professional player to mentor the next generation both on and off the field.

Norah Nicholls

Principal, Human Capital at Deloitte

  • Norah is a senior leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, with expertise in application management and managed capability services. She has partnered with leading technology companies on the West Coast and served clients across automotive technology, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services.

    With more than 25 years of experience, Norah has a proven track record of leading, diversifying, and scaling large global accounts for Fortune 500 clients in the technology and automotive sectors. She is recognized for her ability to manage strategic, large-scale programs and deliver measurable value across industries. Her core competencies include strategic program design, data analytics, market research, benchmarking, diversity, equity & inclusion, process design, global engagement management, communication, and change management.

    Norah holds a Master of Comparative Literature and a Bachelor of Honors from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) and has completed graduate studies in Industrial Relations at Queen’s University (Canada).

    In addition to her professional pursuits, Norah is an active supporter of the Oakland Animal Shelter and other local charities. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring regional food and wine, and pursuing outdoor activities such as hiking, running, and Pilates.

Roberto Rivera

Executive Managing Director, Citizens

  • Roberto Rivera is a lifelong Bay Area resident who grew up in Petaluma, CA and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies. 

    Currently, Roberto is Executive Managing Director with Citizens Bank. Prior to joining Citizens, Roberto worked with First Republic Bank as Deputy Manager Regional Director providing banking services to individuals and businesses. 

    Throughout his career, he has worked on financial education programs internally and externally with Bank partners such as Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and NFTE Bay Area. 

    Outside of his work at Citizens, Roberto enjoys traveling, soccer, and is an adamant supporter of all Bay Area sports teams.  

Samantha Palm

Portfolio Manager, Parnassus Investments

  • Samantha Palm is the lead portfolio manager of the Parnassus Fixed Income strategy and a senior analyst. She is responsible for portfolio management and trading of the firm’s Fixed Income strategy and oversees the analysis of indicators that are likely to affect equity and fixed income markets.

    Prior to joining Parnassus Investments in 2013, Samantha was a vice president in Wells Fargo Securities’ fixed income group and an equity research analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. Samantha received her bachelor’s degree with honors in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Satoko Nakayama

Head of Marketing & Communication, Helm.ai

  • Satoko is a marketing leader with 14 years of experience driving growth and brand impact across some of the world’s most innovative technology companies, including Google, Meta, Bain & Company, and multiple high-growth startups. She currently serves as Head of Marketing at Helm. ai, a Silicon Valley company pioneering AI software for autonomous driving.

    Satoko has built and scaled marketing organizations from the ground up, with expertise spanning B2B software, artificial intelligence, and mobility technologies. Her strategic leadership encompasses product and content marketing, demand generation, events, and public relations. Recognized for her ability to translate cutting-edge innovation into market success, Satoko has a proven record of launching transformative technologies and driving measurable business results in fast-moving, competitive industries.

Scott Snow, President

Director, Technology Investment Banking, pH Partner

  • Scott Snow is an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) group. In his role, Scott advises clients on M&A transactions, IPOs and financings in the technology space. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Scott worked in Corporate Development and Strategy at eBay and StubHub, where he led several transactions, including eBay’s investment in Chinese shipping company Winit and StubHub’s acquisition of software company Ticket Utils. 

    Scott started his career at Financial Technology Partners, a boutique investment bank in San Francisco. Scott was a founding member of Zoo II, the young professional’s executive board for the San Francisco Zoo. Today, Zoo II raises over $50,000 for the zoo annually, through an annual gala, membership dues and other fundraising activities. 

    Scott grew up in Orinda, California. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.

Terrance Bei, Treasurer

Principal, Banneker Partners 

  • Terrance Bei is a Senior Vice President at Banneker Partners. At Banneker, Terrance focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and providing operational support to Banneker's portfolio companies. 

    Previously, Terrance worked on investments in vertical software and tech-enabled services businesses at Serent Capital.

    Prior to that he worked at McKinsey & Company serving global technology companies, healthcare organizations, and leading private equity firms across areas such as market due diligence, operations, growth strategy, and marketing & sales. Terrance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
